Chinatown point 2nd floor. Take the escalator up from the watch shop on the ground floor. Align yourself make sure the hello kitty shop is on your left, and a shoe shop on your right, walk down the passage, there will be a shop selling bar equipment on your right, walk down a bit more the anime shop is on your left. You can't miss it.

Alot wad... erm.. there's some at suntec near eng wah cinema - rows and rows of gacha machines.. then China Square have aloooot, about 6-10 shops on 2nd level.. a few at Sunshine Plaza (off Selegie Road).
That's just off the top of my head ^^ -
the one at suntec is not really anime i think.. is just toys.. and action figure of movie character.. like AVP.. superman..
