personally , i dun quite like bbq food cause it is uaually burned, black or uncooked and sometime e wings are still bloody...

Gathering shld not be BBQ cos most of the time, some ppl cook the food and some ppl just help themselves to the food. Steamboat like marina south is a better option. Eat finish, can still smoke. Shiok

i ever attended bbqs where...
the person took a pretty long time to get the fire started...
the meat or chicken wings are burnt but uncooked on the inside...
the food or drinks run out halfway...
nobody attending to the cooking then food become burnt
everybody snatching for the bbq-ed food once its cooked
the meat n chicken wings quite tasteless - coz not marinated...coz last minute thing or the person cant be bothered
and many more

tht's the reason why i bring an electric generator, and a electric cooker, rice cooker, steamboat, any food tht is not cooked, put mineral water to boil, add instant noodles soup base, boil the half cooked and uncooked food!

No la, BBQ also can smoke but most of the time, u end up even hungrier cos it takes forever for the food to cook.
