I am guessing that with the medical cost in Sgp, the family can expect to go bankrupt.... -

No, he does not smoke... in fact he is one of the nice guys... decent and hardworking. I knew him in the beginning through business dealings, even though I am his "supplier" he does not treat me like I owed him a living...

Now a days life is so fragile...last time people live until their 80s now they die in their 30s and 40s...I eperienced that before same thing happento one of my relatives damn sad one I tell you so unexpected
