Travel With Friends And U Will End Up Hating Them?

haha. juz came back from a Phuket trip with 2 frns, plus one of their husband.
Discovered some really disgusting habits..One of them does not flush toilet somemore she got her 'aunty' visiting her..So imagine the toilet bowl filled with the contents
If you think females are more clean,wrong! (Except me lah who is a real cleanliness freak) After a whole day out, they can hop into bed without washing face or bathing As a female myself i feel disgusted.
When at a restaurant, they talk loudly about they wanna 'da bian' or 'xiao bian' and happily describe the amount and shape size color of what they had released, much to the disgust of other table guest
I nearly wanted to cover my face in a bag 
Then one of them kept saying rudely that the tour guide was only after $. Of cos mah, they working leh!

i also can't stand people who hop onto the beds of others without cleaning themselves first.
if it's their bed then still ok
if it's mine then cannot -

I can't stand ppl who nvr flush toilet too! unless of course, the toilet flush is not working.
But don't start hating yr friends just because they have disgusting habit. What matters is that, are you happy when u're with them? ask yrself. -

Yah travel kakis are very important and you need to carefully select. Even close friends might surprise you with habits you never know of. Go with the right ones and you will enjoy your trip tremendously, otherwise might just end up quarrelling or even worse, travelling separately and alone, which almost happened to me last time. But have to try to accomodate a lot and not to be too fussy with things when abroad with friends.

Disagree. You dont end up hating them - you just end up knowing them better.
I mean if my friend came out of the toilet, and I see her aunty stuff there, i would remedy it STRAIGHT AWAY by screaming at her 'walao ehhhh, cannot make it leh you..." and she would get to know me better too.. heheh
But having said that, disgusting things like this (i have high tolerance level of dirt and etc) rarely makes me pissed off. Mess irritates me even though I am not a very neat person - but when u stay in a tent with 5 other people, you jolly well keep your underwear and dirty socks on YOUR side.
It's stuff like.. puntuality ->
KNOWING you have to wake up early to catch a train and still waking up late and putting on make up. OR..
KNOWING the entire plane is waiting for you cos you were late, but still insist must stop to buy drink (piangz, on the plane got free one what?)
or complete selfishness ->
KNOWING people really dont have the budget to eat at fancy restaurant but sullk and throw tantrum cos you want to.
Completely unapologetic for spending HOURS at shopping when there are other things your travel mates want to do too.
Having long drawn out quarrel with boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse while on trip with other friends is a big nono. You can't avoid arguments but.. hey, be adult, settle it elsewhere. -

i can only say that best friends can become horrible room mates... and well.. good room mates... can become best friends
Most of the time though, settle for mediocre. -
Some people go travelling sure got such habits one la. Now u know alr next time take precaution.
