its a professional modelling software.
if u think about the income that will be generated from that software (if you make it big), $2.2K is just an investment.
and besides you will be under a company if you are to do interior design. if u get audited and they find out you have pirated software, you'll be in big trouble.
an original photoshop costs $1k+ if i'm not wrong.
