Air-Con Recommendation for HDB Use

  My aircon seem to have died on me despite the chemical wash recently. It wasn't cold for last night and it tripped my house circuit when I tried to off it from the main.
  
  Eyeing the Mitshubishi Single Unit @ $820 from Gain City with 9,000 BTU. Advisable? Budget is below $900 with installation.

  Recently i fixed a Starmex aircon from Mitsubishi quite good man.......for 4 months liao nothing happened...so go ahead trust Mitsubishi...you wun regret.....
