Kayaking without a cert

  i have a 1 star kayaking certificate but it appears as if i have lost it but my friends and i wanna go kayak tomorrow.
  
  any of you know a place where we can rent kayaks without certificates? or any place that is not strict with the one star kayaking requirement to loan a closed deck kayak?

  macritchie. unfortunately i believe it is not linked to the sea sports clubs at changi and pasir ris... which my friends are going to

  i tink PA sea sports club shld have all ur certs online in a database or something
  they din check 4 my cert last time i tink
  most places dun rent closed deck kayaks 2 ppl without certs
  coz dangerous if get stuck n capsize
  maybe u call up PA sea sports club 2 check?

  heh then i think its quite tricky.
  
  u can go back there and ask for ur cert, of cos needa pay admin fees.
  
  for sea sports club, if i'm not wrong e only way to go out and kayak is tat u need 2 star cert, and have at least 2 other pple to kayak w u.

  the thing is i got my cert from the paddle lodge at macritchie. which isnt under PA i think haha.
  
  you sure 2 people without certs can rent a double closed deck kayak?

  My friends were able to go Kayaking without the certificates and it's a Double Closed Decks too

  im sure if they can rent closed cokpits kayak, that must be years and years ago before the star certification was introduced.
