It's true that you get to travel in SMEs but it really depends on the boss because usually their own family members get first priority or the boss himself/herself.
For ITE & Diploma, the ones I can think off are those in Sales, those that require technical training and maybe those in Purchasing eg. fashion -
many lik to relate SMEs as family businesses but small and medium size enterprise usually sees the bosses hiring people they hav worked with before or whom they can trust. especially exe positions, sales, engineering and service, even quality assurance get to travel too. as for MNCs usually they have separate sales and service teams located at the various regional offices and in the areas affected the branch personnel there shall be triggered.

Nursing - everywhere also open door and find jobs . That is what alot of people are doing - reskilling to nursing to migrate . -
