  He's not allowed to smoke within a 200m radius of me.
  
  He's not allowed to smoke anywhere indoors that I'm going to be in.
  
  If he gets a cough from all that smoking, he's not supposed to expect any TLC.
  
  He's not supposed to leave cigarette boxes with grotesque images lying around.
  
  If he doesn't mind all of the above, I don't mind either.
