STARHUB service really SUCKS

Kaoz, I renew my MOL 4000 to 12000 for the promotion of notebook by applying online. Bloody hell, 5 days.. no one called to confirm my order.. I called starhub, maxonline department no ppl answer so i called up Mobile department instead and asked them to leave a msg to MOL department to call me back. Now 7 days, STILL NO ONE CALLED, NO ONE CONFIRM MY MOL CONTRACT. I so dulan, I went to log in my starhub account manager.. NB, it's already changed to 12000 MOL so next month i gonna pay this? What about my damn notebook, I want to upgrade MAN !!!!

i think it is best to go down to a starhub shop and apply, then straightaway ask them for the note book...

for your 12000mbps upgrade, just do multiple downloads of large files and see the total d/l speed. if it says more than 800-900kbytes/sec, then u are on the 12000mbps line (i'm on the 6.5mbps and i d/l @ 700-800kbytes/sec).
for ur laptop, ppl from compaq or hp will contact u, not starhub. -

when u call 1633...u should have the patience to wait for someone to pick up ur call...ur not the only starhub user...
