Broadband - Surcharge without warning

I am on JetPack $19.00 per month (usage/200MB) for years.
Suddenly received this month bill with a extra line "Broadband usage" of S$1500.00, then minus a few lines here and there discount, I still have to cough out $112.00 for watever reason (I also dun noe).
Anyone kana this?
Plus, I find that the system slowed down too..
How to trust my service provider for this sudden rip off?
Smarter (yes, rip off), not the fastest (I agree). -- ads.

some company charge u for every MB over the limit. must read the condtions wen u sign up for internet... -
