MUP Batch 21 Holland Drive Precinct

  So MUP Program is still kicking and alive. Thought residents were frustrated with the delays, dusts and inconveniences, and not really welcomed by house and shops owners.
  
  And now HDB is going to announce MUP Batch 21 for flats in Holland Drive.
  
  Those low rise apartments owners must be really disapointed for they have been anticipating for SERS instead.

  Why tear down 20 storey high flat just across the road at Ghim Moh and keep the 4 storey walk up apartments? It makes more economic sense to tear down low-rise buildings.

  HaHa, so they are sending the MUP plan for Holland Drive back to the planning table.
  
  They had torn down the earlier setup mock up flat at Block 20 Holland Drive.
  
  MUP not well accepted by the residents? That's a story our papers failed to report.

  Haha, they built the mock up unit and tear it down, you still call it a secret? Probably the worst kept secret.
