i talked to the singnet technician for 1 hour 15 min!!!!!!!!! and had shared screen session.
halfway through he tried to wiggle out of the difficult job, sleazy fellow.
now it's connected but i still need to test it a bit more....... to see if it connects by itself properly or not....... -
