  mine was not fried with rice
  
  mine was just kimchi as it is, and eat with fried rice
  
  i used to buy kimchi in adelaide too, $3.50 a tub or $5.50 for the big tub...... and eat it on its own
  
  cow cow's brother will know where to get them, all the asian supermarkets in central market sell them.... yum yum
  
  here i've not seen kimchi sold in supermarket hor?
  
  or i didn't really look.......

  never tried it with egg.
  
  though you can fry an omelette then slice it and add it to the rice at the end. hehe
