Beggars' Syndicate?

  Recently there r many well dressed 'beggars' giving the excuses of having no money to take bus and asking for money such as $2 etc.
  
  have you encountered such people and how u deal with them?

  i am so touched by FI, she did voluntery work of moding the forum , so nice of her.....so can give me maths tuition or not ar?

  Hmm yah strange. Yesterday was at esplanade and there isnt night rider service due to the marathon. And there was this girl asking around for money so that she can take cab home, as she claimed that she's working the next morning. I gave her 4 bucks thinking she was genuine. Later I realised something fishy when she didnt bother to thank me or even get my contacts (to return the money) and walked off to bother others. It was as if I am obliged to give her.
  
  Whats stranger is that one hour later she's still in the vicinity, at another bus stop pestering people to give her money. And it's already like 3am.

  my friend's parents kena before.. the 'beggar' asked for $2. when they refused to give, the 'beggar' scold them stingy.
