Do girls expect their bf to pay for their shopping?

Guess it's okay for guys to pay for their gf during shopping once in a while, but cannot always depend on thier bf to foot all their biLLs mah, it's so unfair..

If you are happy to pay for her shopping, do it but if you are not you shouldn't feel obliged to do so. I'd prefer my partner to do it out of love rather than out of obligation. Afterall, a good relationship should allow partner to be honest to each other about the way they feel.
Generally speaking though, I wouldn't want my partner to pay for shopping like clothes etc which have nothing to do with him. When we were still dating (we are married now), we would always take turn to pay for things we did together like movies, dinner etc but I'd always pay for my own personal stuffs.
Even now when we are married, we still "share" the household expenses. For example, if I pay for the grocery shopping and he will pay for the utility (water, electricity, gas, telephone) bills or vice versa and put the remaining of the money into our joint saving account.
A relationship is like a partnership that both parties share similar goals (if not the same) and they have to constantly make effort to help/support each other to achieve those goals.
That's just my thought! Hope it makes sense.

After reading so much, I have come to realise there are girls who are leeches and there are those who are not.
If you are looking for leeches, then don't complain.
And then you go look for those who are non-leeches. Odds are, they are usually less pretty.
