Incident tat i'm worrying abt

Was washing my dad's car at mscp 5th story jux nw,when washing,i accidently kick the spanner tat i placed on the floor,and the spanner flew down to 1st story,i could hear the loud bang,n my mind went wild,i was thinking whether did it hit anyone,n wad should i do nw,should i pack my washing stuff n run home or should i walk down n take a look.After a few minutes,i decided to take a look,cuz i personally feel tat,if i pack my washing stuff n run home,it makes no difference as hit n run cases,when i reached the 1st storey,the spanner actually hit the metal railing,i was relieved,but i'm am worried tat passby would make a police report against mi,wad should i do nw?

I saw this tree branch which wasn't very thick nor heavy, definitely lighter than a spanner, make a seriously huge dent on the trunk of a corolla. Now I know why nobody likes to park under trees near my office.

it hit me, but i cleaned up all the blood and put the spanner nicely by the railing -
i don't understand how can you kick a spanner on the floor to the first floor at a multi storey carpark.
