  my toughest job would be as a lashing worker in psa. bet you can find recruitment on this in the straits times all the times. for those who want challenge on a labour-intensive job, i would suggest this but pls be careful. its a dangerous job, securing &/or unsecuring containers on-board docked cargo ships. the securing equipment for ea container: 2 long (approx 4.1m) + 2 short metal poles (approx 2.1m) + 2 turn-buckles (approx half the length of short poles but weighing >15kg ea). per 'assignment' there would be roughly 40 or so containers for you to work on.
  
  3 yrs back, its 3pm-3pm on a 24hrs basis and paying a junior $135 (ie. $45 per shift) in a team of 3 per berth. come 'senior' level, per month take home: $4,000+. now heard its 12hrs shift liao.
