Centipedes at home!

HELP!!!
I juz saw one centipede at the basin when i was washing my face. scare the hell outta me.
This is not the first time liao, for the past few days, my siblings also saw when they were showering. They appeared at the kitchen, the bathroom and the basin area.
wonder did they come from the water pipes..
what should we do? call pest control ma? it's so freaking scary!! -

long long ago i remember i saw one at the kitchen also, so i took a slipper and hit it real hard until the body straightened, then threw it away.
my sis use hot water from the water heater to shower the centipede until the body straighten then flush it away. -
u must be staying at a not so high storey floor right?
cook the centipede and eat it, got poison i tink
if is the black black one will curl when touch is milipede, not centipede -

I've heard centipedes will die if someone pees on them...
