  Robinsons exchange policy very good one. When I was there part time, people returned their christmas gifts coz they didn't like them. No you don't need a receipt. Some people even tried to return goods from metro, but the idiots should take the effort to remove the price tag first.

  I don't quite like the idea of gift vouchers...i am sure he will returned them all to me if i do.
