Help!! What to wear to attend a wedding dinner?

  the wedding dinner is only 5 days away and i have not decided what to put together to wear. my criteria is:
  
  - not too flashy/loud colours
  - budget is less than $80
  - not revealing
  - something to keep warm in the aircon.
  
  what can i put together to wear?

  there are quite some dresses that are cheaper than $80. what's more later can reuse haha.

  If you can find one nice dress that you don't wear often, you could wear that and spend that $80 to have a nice hair styling + makeup before going?
