whose house light a lot of joss sticks one?

  got a lot of altars, den parents everyday light a lot of joss sticks... like 3 sticks for front door god, for kwan yin, for ancestral, for tu di gong, for kitchen god.... even more god if have....
  
  den everytime maybe during evening have to smell joss stick smoke smell... whole house will have joss stick smoke smell...clothes always have joss stick smell... want to watch TV or eat dinner have to tahan smoke smell.... room also got smoke smell.... very buay tahan
  
  den smell oreddi ish feel like very uncomfortable to breathe n want to die oreddi...
  
  anyone house like that one? normally how many sticks of joss sticks lighted n what time lighted?
  
  how to tell parents dun light so many? or tell them light one stick instead of three sticks? or go n cut the joss stick into half so it will burn finish faster? or light sparkles instead?

  smell until i think its part of my life liao.
  
  its incense sticks anyway, not joss sticks. joss sticks is a "Bad word" to use. not the proper one la.
