only RSAF and government defence company got.
u need to look for a foreign registered helicopter..
and besides.. Singapore got restricted airspace. what u need heli for.

fly back from japan to sgp using helicopter? if so, then must be quite stupid to think of this. lol if you got money sure can get air tic, still need to hire helicopter meh? i think the money spent on air tix is way cheaper than travelling on helicopter.

Beside the technical aspects like refilling fuel etc, it's also quite stupid to think of this idea.
