  Out of 3 million tickets each draw, yr chances of winning is how ?
  
  Also it never said what happenes to unbought tickets....Will they also be added to the draw process?

  very rarely are there winners. the reason for the new format is to increase sales.
  
  at the end of the month majority of the tickets are unsold and returned.
