  There's a lot of sub-skills with People's skills.
  
  Example:
  dealing with aunties,
  dealing with kids,
  dealing with opposite sex,
  
  Some may be considered hipocrisy but some don't. Which area are you talking about?

  i never give a heck to aunties. most of them are pretensive or say a lot of fei hua. if they irritate me, they shall taste my wrath.

  new aquaintances, you just need to smile and shake hands. Why even make it so hard? Make some conversation if there's things in common, if not just walk off after a bit.
  
  The only real hypocrisy I had to use recently was to a extremely rude uncle colleague who spews vulgarities at every opportunity and act like he's some expert that nobody can touch. I tried not to be angry but I wouldn't tolerate a second time nonsense from him.
