I would like to know if their average income is higher than us or not? Like our typcial single income is not even enough for us to buy a flat/condo on our own. This s@cks big time.

Hong Kong and Kowloon were ceded in perpetuality to the British. New Territories was not. It was leased for 99 years only. This was the British's greatest mistake. -
