Parents robbed in Johor yesterday...

Mom's handbag was snatched while inside the car.. the robbers were on a motorcycle, open the unlock door where my mom's sitting (dad is driving) and snatched away her handbag.. it happened so fast that my parents couldn't react.. By the time my dad went out of the car, they were too far away.. What's inside the handbag? RM 20,000, S$2,000, Mom's ic and credit cards, family photos..

I go there I always lock the car door. The best is have a central lock. When everyone in the car, the driver should press the central lock to lock all doors.
It's JB leh. Any kind of robbery also can happen. Thank goodness your parents are unhurt. Be extra extra careful next time, really. -

my friends and colleagues make it a point to always lock the doors of the car anywhere in malaysia. -

They can literally say "YOu want to settle here (ie. bribe me) or settle at police station" Then put in the clip board for me to clip my money under a piece of ppl. First time dunno, gave 100ringgit. Now anyhow give. They won't open and check anyway (they scared got camera snap them).

Always lock your doors while driving. And drive confidently too, don't hesitate here and there, it paints a vulnerable profile.
