  with so many cases of sudden death in Singapore, do you know think there is unknown virus erupting in Singapore?
  
  Does government get alert about this and take some action?
  
  Other possibilities include death note and sadako return

  Because singapore is a small country, so every small piece of news resonates louder. In our statistics, even 1 out of 1000000 will register as a noticeable percentage. If such things were to happen in countries that have a population by the millions, it'll just be another speck of dust.
