Just a thought. There are not many pple in Singapore who can understand Japanese and Korean, but our TV station provide dual sound facilities for these dramas. Much more of our local viewers understand Cantonese, but yet there is no dual sound facility for HK dramas. I believe technically, there should be no problem at all. Anyone knows the reason for this?
maybe because of speak mandarin policy?
you can't even have dialect playing in one of the dual channels.
