Don't you hate getting your medical report........ Sitting in the waiting room, wait for your name to be called. Then have the doctor tell you how bad/good your health is..... just HATE it......
My report just came back this afternoon.......
Diabetic Screen - HBA1C - 6.20% (4.5-6.4 Normal)
Total Cholesterol - 203 mg/dl (200-239 Borderline high)
HDL Cholesterol - 48.0 mg/dl (40-70)
T.Chol/HDL Ratio - 4.2 (less than 4.5)
LDL Cholesterol (calculated) - 132.0 mg/dl (less than 130.0)
Triglycerides - 115 mg/dl (less than 200.0)
Kidney Function - Creatinine - 0.73 mg/dl (0.5-1.6)
Biochemistry (Urine)
Urine Creatinine - 244.5 mg/dl (40-260)
Micro Albumin-Creatinine Ration 26 mg/dl (less than 30)
Micro Albumin, Urine - 65mg/dl (less than 20) anyone know what this is about... 
Die lah....... don't know what medicine have to eat again........ -

good control of diabetes dude!!
but very impt to maintain
microalbuminuria may be an early sign of
diabetic nephropathy aka kidney prob
but other things, like not drinking enough water
can cause it to be slightly high
Nothing to worry abt yet!!

Just keep ur diabetes under control . Less salt and a healthy well balanced diet - spoil urself like once a week but the other days u just need to be mindful of the food you eat. I am well aware of some people cheating (by eating rich and unhealthy food then diet like heck before the test) to get good results from a test and they are just cheating themselves.
