Promotion plus increment

Let say yr boss decided to promote you and pay increment, BUT he will throw more things to you to handle. But u currently is very tight and overloaded already.
Will u accept it? -

Nonono, I won't accept it. How can you be paying me more to do more work? It just doesn't add up. I wasn't born yesterday you know.

Anyway, you may need to take some lesssons on time management. -
Take lah, a good supervisor will know how to delicate the work downwards.
If u observe ur subordinate properly, u will know who to give what type
of duty.
So promotion + increment = less work load.
