  i tot u dreamt of urself becoming a real Meat pao and kena eaten by a monster.
  
  I duno whether u have a religion.. whenever i dun feel peaceful, i go temple and pray, to give myself a peace of mind also.

  i used to have nightmares every night ....
  resident evil zombies, chinese vampires .... you name it i got it
  quite excitin though.
  
  everything is ok after some weeks, maybe too stress already

  else juz destress.. do something tt u enjoy.. try not to think about ur dreams.. its even better if u dun remember what u dreamt of.. if it persists ar, u might wanna see a psychologist..
