Ghost sightings.

i ever had a few encounter before.
twice was when i was sleeping. and suddenly my body froze.. totally cannot move. open my eyes but only stare into darkness. it's as if something possessed me like that. after awhile the feeling gone and i managed to see and move again. scary!
when i was young like around 8 or 9 years old like that. i was playful and i when to picked up something tied to a tree. and after one day my whole body got those mosquito bites-like bumps. my mum went to the temple to pray and get those holy water for me to drink and bathe. after a few days den those bumps gone. moral of story dun anyhow pick or touch anything you see under or tied to a tree.
this incident happened to me when i was taking my O's. me and 2 of my friend went to my aunt's house to stay. during that time the block was still quite new and very people living. since my aunt was oversea, so we have the whole house to ourself. and when we went for supper at ard 4am, after supper when we walked home. duno what happened.. i drift away from my friend.. i walked in the opposite direction of my 2 friends.. and when i was at a block (i was at the wrong block) downstairs.. i wanted to take the lift so when i walked past the staircase.. i saw a pair of lady's legs. she was wearing black lace stocking and when i wanted to take a look wondering why she was sitting there alone.. suddenly i heard my friends calling me from the other side, they were at my aunt's block below.. i just have this sudden feeling that something was not right... so i turned and run as fast as i could to meet up with my friends.. that night when we were sleeping.. i felt that we were not alone in the house.. keep seeing shadows darting pass whenever i open my eyes and when i went to the toilet. and guess what.. i had a fever before my O's and did not that well for my O's.. when i told my mum about the incident.. she said i might have encounter sth dirty tt night and we went to offer offerings at the block below.
typing all these really made my hair stand...

Happened at my Ex-BF place.
His Ah ma has been asking his mum who is the little boy (around 8 or 9)playing in the house and because she was getting a little senile, she thought it is my ex-bf and his mum kept saying he is all grown up and big so how can he look like he is 8 or 9.
But she was so insistant that his mum got their pastor to come over to take a look.
Apparently the pastor said that yes there is a boy spirit in the house but it is harmless but he is like a lost soul and likely due to miscarriage (his mum didn't have a miscarriage but she said she thinks it could be that the body self-abort and it came out as menses) Anyway, they prayed for it and apparently it went away or something like that -
allow me to share. (but all are hear-say, so authenticity is up 2 you).
1) this was from my sec3 teacher:-
if a baby is born with a membrane covering the face, he/she can't be drown.
One day, my teacher went to a chalet with a group of friends near the seaside. During their bbq, she noticed that one friend was missing. She went to look for him. As the chalet is double-storey, she was just about to go upstairs after failing to find him downstairs when he came down from the stairs and stopped her. He told her not to go upstairs for the timebeing and bring her outside the house.
He told her that he is the special type of baby, but he seems to also be able to see the supernatural. So earlier, there were a few "things" playing around upstairs. Later they would leave.
2) Now, I got a friend G, whose GF can hear "things" but not see.
Initially, my friend G, was paranoid about it.
Now, G, and me do hang out together with another friend, E as they are teaching me to play snooker, so we know about his GF's gift.
One day, we decided to skip classes and play MJ at my friend,B's, house.
Two friends came over from Jurong Entertainment where they have been playing snookers. And we met at our friends place to play. We started playing for a while. Later, my friend,G came with his "GF".
Once she came in, her face changed.
Then as we were playing, she started to ask some questions.
Like to the two friends who came from Jurong, "where did you come from?".
"did you mention to anyone we playing MJ?"..
Then she turned to my friend, B and asked "did you leave your MJ set without keeping them in order overnight?". "do you pray to any gods in your house?"
Immediately, E, G and me sensed something amiss.
My Friend B told me that he only rent the unit, and use one room where he got a guan_gong in his room. She then ask E and me into the room.
She told us that the two friends have "invited" some things over, and as my friend B, has left the MJ set unkept, it was "played" when he was asleep.
Now, with all "Things" gathered, they are watching us play, and they outnumber us.
I was counting, we got , E, G,G's GF, B, Me, and two friends, we got 7 people.
And now the "things" are "resting" on one of the jurong friends, H.
E & I asked whether then, can we stop playing? She said "no".
The "things" want us to keep playing and we can't leave the place.
So I gathered that we should all stay at one place and keep watch over each other.
Suddenly, "H" started winning, even he showed his cards, he is able to win effortlessly.
We decided to lessen the odds so that with our $, we can drag the game longer.
Then, G started winning, and the GF told us, "they" are moving..
I was playing and I thought to myself, as long as I get the red zhong as my first card, the "things" are here. Do you know, till 7am, all my first card was Red Zhong.
Suddenly, the "things" moved to me, my cards changed. out of 13 cards, 7 of them are all flowers, and 2 are animals. I was stunted..
I took the cards meant for these, and they were all in order.
Inside, I was quite pissed that a good session with my friends was spoilt like this so I decided not to game, and tried not to win.
In the end, at 7am, all of us were tired, and with the morning sun blazing, we decided to call it a day. When my taxi reaches my block, I ran into my dad, and I shared with him. He smiled, and told me when you do something, always be super careful. -
talking about younger ghost. My auntie living in the east suffered a miscarriage before. If the unborn child is still alive, he would be of the smae age as me.
Just recently, the flats in the east are undergoing construction where they are drilling holes into the floor to redo the cement. So that time, the construction have reached my aunts corridoor.
The worker than told my aunt tt if anybody want to go out, go out now, if not have to wait 5hrs later than can go. Cause the cement takes time to dry. So my aunt agreed as most of the family members are at school and work.
Than the drilling started. After 5 hrs, my younger cousin wanted to go out, so my aunt accompanied her.
My younger cousin than sat at the gate there to wear her shoe, my aunt was standing outside facing the house. When she look down to see my cousin wearing her shoes, she saw a very tiny feet imprint. Its the size of a newborn.
Then, she recalled a few days ago, she dreamnt of her mother-in-law holding a boy to visit her. The boy was around my age. So she felt that the boy was her son and the tiny imprint also belong to him.
She did not alert her family members as she did not want to frightened them off when she herself is trembling with fear.
So she phoned my mother in the middle of the night and told her about it. As they talked over the phone, my aunt eventually realised that she did not give her son a proper burial as my mother generation did not want my generation to know about it. So she allowed to doctors to dispose it off.
She did not even gave the child a name. Up till now, she still dono what the dream meant, and the foot print is still there. -

Lamp posts wont switch on and off by itself right.. so it seems funny that they can switch on and off by itself when people walked by.
There was once i walked pass three trees with white flowers at pasir ris park, suddenly all the lights behind me all went out making the whole place dark. i was not afraid then i walk on.. when i turn back to look, the lamp posts off one by one as i walk pass.. woah.. scared liao.. i control my fear then i walk till i saw some people at some pits then i not scared liao. People said Pasir Ris Park have alot of spirits around, in the maze or central park of the park between the two bridges, i met this incident at between the two bridges early in the morning.
Then last time i was working in the old SMU complex at Bukit timah, it was around midnight, i walk out to take a cab, i walk pass a lamp post, it switch off.. making the whole place dark, i run to the main road then i look back, the lamp post is on again. Then i saw a guy behind me walking down also... the lamppost went off again, after the guy walked past, it went on. Seems to me that the lamp post is purposely switch off making the area darker than usual.
Now my work place is deserted at night, there is two lampposts also having this problem, switch off when people on bike or walking pass by, cars have no effect on the lamp posts.
And i notice trees usually shroud the lamp posts, making the area dim.. if the lamp posts is switch off, the area have no lights around.. so eerie. As people know dark places have spirits, my conclusion is they lives in the trees around.
I met alot of such lamp posts, any one met before? -

I dunno how true this is
My mum used to live in a village near the sea at Port Dickson
However, they started doing heavy reclaimation many years ago to develop the place. I heard this story when I was only around 14 years old so might be a bit in accurate.
Anyway, I used to go to the beach to play alot as a kid. The water was nice and clean and you had so many rock pools to play in.
After they reclaimed the sea, this part of the beach was turned into a giant lagoon. It's now closed to public because there have been apparently alot of strange drownings near the shore
Apparently they victims were near the beach and they all drowned because they got sucked in by a whirlpool (accordingly to some people who claim to be eye witnesses)
The thing is that the water isn't very deep. Maybe about 1.5metres.
The people from the village (when this happened the gov had already relocated them into nice houses near the beach, but the culture is still very kampung) said that it's caused by water spirits because they are angry that there are no more fishermen going out to see to catch fish and giving them offerings at the end of the day.
No one knows for sure but that stretch of beach is now closed to public and that was like many years ago.

I have not been to Port Dickson for many many years but I'm sad at the destruction of the beach. I had been there as a child till my secondary school days. We used to have to cross a mangrove swamp before reaching the beach and the beach was filled with see hum and white clams, and those edible seasnails with those conelike shells. I could even catch squid and large tiger prawns from the rock pools.
However, when I was in my teens the mangrove swamp was gone and the sea was already getting polluted. Don't think I wanna see the degeneration of the beach itself. I don't even think you can find a see hum on the beach now. *sigh* -

This was one story i have heard....not sure if it ti true...
tis about the spirit in the banana tree...
actually the spirit resides in the flower...not the tree itself...
I once heard, a long time ago...when Singapore still have kampungs..there was a man...he wanted very much to strike lottery. But he just din have the luck...he tried many avenues..but of no avail.
until one day, a friend of his told him to try out the banana spirit. And so he did.
He tied a red string at the banana flower and laid the string all the way to his room. He was told that a spirit would appear before him and he could ask anything from the spirit.
Midnight arrived, and indeed, a pretty lady appeared before his window. He let the lady in and went straight to bed... , etc...
Second day, when he met his friend, his friends were shocked to find him pale and weak. But he din think so, he thot he was fine and that the lad have gave him some numbers to place his bet on.
Days passed, and he was visited every night by the lady. He got weaker and weaker...tho he did strike lottery, but money was soon spent...

My friend have a neighbour who keeps toyols (xiaogui). Then, the neighbour very rich, got open one factory selling some kind of food products. But the whole family look very skinny, pale. When they walk pass my friend house, it look as though they are floating.
Last year, i spent a night at her house. That night, i heard a lot of giggles outside her house. At first i thought is those idiotic children who just laugh at night and all these. But on second thought, it is 1 am, those children couldnt possibly be up at this time. And, if i did not remembered wrongly, my friend neighbour got no children.
Suddenly, those little kids started banging on the metal grilles. My friend house gates are those bronze colour ones where its not possible for anyones hand to put through. So the banging continued, and soon, the door was also being bang. As i was the only one at the living room, i did not dare to walk back to my friend room or what, i just froze there till morning.
The pounding and laughter continues all night. The next morning, i told my friend about the whole incident. She told me she heard it also. And it is her neighbour who let out the toyols as they are free to roam at night. So the toyols decided to do some mischief that night and bang on the door.
Than she say that her parents have complained to the neighbours before cause they felt that it was not safe to have this kind of thing from the nether world to be here. But the neighbour said that as long as you ignore them, the toyols cannot do anything to you. Just treat them like some kids playing a prank. -
