note, picture 1 is use without flash, that chap you see there is not sleeping.
picture 2, taken with auto mode. mean picture should be turn out fine, but...
picture 3 - 4, camera use with flash, but note, is still image, taken using a tripod, so... -
er... seems to me like those foto were taken in shady and dark places without flash, low shutter speed... the streams of lights caused by unsteady hand when taken those fotos...

For the 3rd orange thingy if you count from the left however looks like that is an image of the girl's face on top of it.....
Could it be exposure or something? -
