Guy A or Guy B will get in?

  Wow, nowadays the local University entry like waive away the CCA system liao izzit? Become 80 % Poly Results, 20 % O'Levels Results...
  
  So lets say got 2 guy... Both got same percentage after calculation and qualify for entry...
  
  But the school oni can accept 1...
  
  Will they choose...
  
  Guy A, no CCA... but damn lot of certification for the course he taking... lets assume IT... he got IBM cert, Microsoft Cert, Java Cert, Nokia Cert...
  
  Guy B... no cert.... but got high CCA pts...
  
  Who get in?

  I think on face value, A will get in. But it all depend on the result of the interview with guy A and B.

  CCA is just a "additional" enchancement..not part of it.
  
  if u fail everything and have a good cca, no points wat...

  A definitely. Academic qualifications are still more important than CCA points.
  No point having cca points if you fail all the core poly subjects.

  If A fails to get in, he has the right of appeal to the Dean of the school . If B gets in , A has a right to make noise in the media and can even email government to ask why if everything is based on meritocracy.

  B !!! will get in !!!
  Because they apply for business admin course - A so many IT cert for what !!! Wrong course !!!
