a fren of mine just bought a hp pc at courts over the weekend...
the price 4 the pc is slightly above 2k...
its a standard package wif a 20 inch lcd monitor n a free canon printer...
but the thing is he pay by installment which is $150 per mth over 4 YEARS!!!
tats $7200 in all....
4 those ppl who noe coms...
wif 1k can get a ver good com at sim lim...
aiyo... dunno wat he tinkin lah....

Well, that's a bit too late. Best thing for him is to save up and pay off everything one shot as soon as possible to save on the interest.

installment 4 2 yrs around 5k+...
but tat was 2 yrs ago...
some more after pay finish, laptop spolit...
now buy pc...

i told him 2 cancel the deal but he dun wan...
he say he wanna finish payin 4 4 yrs...
n wat if pay half way the com spoilt???
payin the rest on the spoilt com??? -
he bought under installment of coz got interests unless credit card installment.
moreover he go for 4yrs loan, so the interest multiply by 4times lor.
pros n cons lor.
can pay slowly but pay more.
or maybe he is more comfortable with tat amount every mth rather than one lump sum??
or ask him to reduce the loan to 2-3yrs lor?
