  I wanna buy a watch powered by movement, (<--- Lazy to search for term)
  Which has the analog 2 hands and the digital time, is it possible ?
  
  Does Casio or Fossil has them ? or swatch ?

  There are mechanical movements and quartz movements. Your average Casio uses quartz movements. Mechanical movements can only be found in very high-end watches such as Jaeger-le-Coutre and Franck Muller. Watches combining analog and digital display can easily be found, for example, from Casio's G-Shock range.

  Analog-digital watches are battery powered. Purely mechanical watches are analog only.
  
  Now I'm not sure, but Seiko's Kinetic system and Citizen's Eco-Drive use a wrist-movement driven rotor to recharge batteries, and so some of these MAY be analog-digital, but I'm not familiar with either range of watches - I only use mechanical watches.

  Go get a A.lange & Sohne or Audemars Piguet
  If you no$$$ get seiko 5 or a Ball Explorer
  If you are goig for accuracy look out for Certified Chronometer
