  Hey how do you speed up your hair growth naturally? My friend say eat seaweed, is it true? Anyone know of any food to eat that can help your hair grow longer? Or any cheap products

  Take supplements for hair one.
  
  I tried that before. My hair usually grow very slow. But two months taking the supplements, my hair grew faster. Even my boss then noticed the change.
  
  Go Pharmacy, GNC or Nature Farm to look see under Hair supplement.

  seaweed is salty, will make hair fall.
  
  Best is eat foor high in protein and drink lots of water. Sure grow a thick crop.
