  PUB spent millions to create a sewage system (DTSS) ... maybe they can convert the system to drain away flood waters .... just maybe ...

  i was ard mandai area this afternoon. a lot of cars stop and u-turn to avoid the flooded area. there's this van which drove into the flooded area and soon after that black smoke came out from it. worst still i saw a VW beetle. driver was like thinking whether shld he drive in. luckily he didnt drive in, cant imagine what will happen sia

  My vehicle nearly starnded in mandai area(forested part).. Had to drive thru the flooded areas,but my fren was not so lucky,his vehicle stuck there,in the end had to tow out of the area...
