There was a bully's in charge in my working place few months back. She's plump and dark chacoal's skin color, she has a pair of big round eyes when staring at you. She would say sternly with the big eyes staring me saying "Like it or don't like it i'm your IC".
When she want the subordinate to go to her, she would use an unacceptable tone with her index finger beckoning you to her like a dog e.g "Fireice, come here!"
She's good at finding faults with the thing you have done or with the thing you have not done. She will some time shout" If i discover you never follow the way i do, u will get hell from me!"
If she don't like you she would call you do many thing and you can see you other working mate seating down there doing nothing or slacking.
What i do was i quited that job, i had fired that company sia. Could not stand it any more. Up till now and later i think i will not regret. I think i had made the correct decision.
The day when i wanted to submit my resignation letter my supervisor told me in the past few years many people had done so or change department because they could not stand her. For me i had thought of changing department but thought of disliking the working enviroment i decided not to go into that option. -
Stand up for yourself and confront the bully if you are daring enough to defend your position.
If not, discuss about this with your trusted family members/colleages about this bully at work and how you can boycott his action. Sometimes, you can't handle things alone. Form an alliance to fight the bully. -

i once work in one very famous logistic company D*L and in the dept, got this fat bitch that always show her butt crack and think she very sexy.
but that not the point. the point is she always find fault with me even though others are already quite impressed by my learning capabilities.
Then one day i could not stand it anymore and i shouted at her " wo ren ni heng jiu le, san ba", then i resigned .
Anyway i dont like working there as timing is irregular like sat 3-11 or sun 1am - 8am etc.
NO REGRET FOR ME.

ask her to F*off if you really dont want to do your job. but u had better make sure you are qualified to do so. and find another job before doing that, this will give you a huge gratification.
