TOMY is japanese brand, sure more expensive. Can be found in department stores toys session.
A cheaper brand is Auldey, china brand, but it's kind of well known in china. So compare to other made in china unknown RC cars, auldey is a little more expensive, but the quality is ok for that price. Some department store sells it, sold in kiddy palace before.

One more step cheaper would be those unknown brand, that even you search the brand name on net you wont find their official website. Those i maybe you go hobby shop, or small toy shop can find.
