What the hell is wrong with starhub customer care???

I didn't get a notice that my bill cable was overdue so I paid tru S.A.M yesterday... They ask to call back but whole day I kena put on hold!!! What they have day off today izzit???

Don't worry, StarHub is not the only one, SingTel also.

Starhub hotline is really screwed up.
My cable box conked out and I tried calling them, but the line to speak to a technical operator was busy for 2 consecutive days. In the end I just bring down the box to a Starhub service centre, and luckily they readily did a 1-for-1 exchange. -
i sent them an e-mail regarding a billing discrepancy.
they have no replied after more than a month. -
Seldom call 1633 but when I do.. I will call during the morning or somewhere after 3pm. Gets thru all the time for me. Yes, there were delays in getting to the CSO bt it was not that long.
I never use email to correspond with them. If they are that busy answering calls oreadi... gewd knows when the email will get read. -

i want to redeem my starhub reward monthly points but have forgotten my password.
i called but have difficulty reaching their customer service line.
anyone knows the number to reach the customer service people after calling 1633? -

Sometimes, starhub staff will say they will call you back if they busy, sure that's great, but problem is, they never call back. Same goes for cable services.
As for singtel, tech support for fixed lines is only 6.5 days a week, office hours. -

Starhub CS always kena from me .. reali dont understand hw they do their works. They simply dont know wat they doing! Cut line.. collect very fast.. other things.. taking their own sweet times.

once i ever complain about the downloading speed. waited very long just to speak 2 the CS. but in the end they just say that there is nothing wrong with my internet speed.

Eventually the telco's will wake up and realise how bad their service is. They need new technology to stay in business otherwise we wouldn't but from them again.
I'm amazed how people get excited about a free box of tissues or free drink as an incentive to make a purchase. Free doesn't equal good, whether quality or service.
Do you remember anyone telling you about a great experience they had anywhere ? -
