Harder for non mandarin speakers to get job

  What do you think?Been tryin to get job but always this criteria always turn me off.Understand meaning but can't write.Speak ok.Juz don't understand,documents in mandarin????

  it depends on what company u are working with and what u are working at. for a multi national company, most documents are in english, so speaking chinese is just a way of communication
