Anyway, hotel81 charges per day (about $59 per night)or 2 hour ($20) transit for short term stay ... *chuckles* - But personally, I think hotel81 is very small, but its nice and clean. -

Its clean, I visited the branch in bugis and it was well taken cared of. But what I dont like about it, is that its very small, and there is no windows, so it can be claustraphobic. It might not be suitable for everybody. For budget or backpackers hostels, can also try Prince of Wales at Little India, or [email protected]. -
Last time I quarrel with my dad, then left the house immediately, that's when your network of friends became so important, they are like insurance, pay premiums on normal days and get covered during the rainy days... I stay at my friend house for a couple of weeks till I finally managed to find an available room for rent... I find it hard to sleep outdoors because it gets so sticky, and when you're having problems, you normally want to find someone to talk to, that's what friends are for!

H81 is clean.The "environment" at Chinatown H81 is definitely much better coz there mostly tourists.
If you go H81 branches in places like Balestier,Lavender then you will see many Uncle/PRC gal,bangala/maid couples... -
