I still find frank zane and flex wheeler the man that rocks, but sadly though nowadays body building is more of a competition among who has consumed the more effective supplements to boost growth. -

I dont know man but in Singapore it seems that people who have initiative and diligence are labelled as overzealous in all aspects.(Sport, Work or anything)

Only problem is, I'm not sure if Ronnie Coleman himself can run fast enough to capture a criminal, unless he actually runs as fast as say, Gunter. oh... man you should really see how those bodybuilders pump anabolic steroids like there is no god damn tomorrow. Genetics plays a important part too, most of the bodybuilders are mesomorph.
