  Its algae. If u don't want people to notice, dun get those gold color specs. Get those with dark colors. Sometimes it also can appear inside the small plastic nose rest too.

  My specs is those thick ones. So very hard to clean. Is there any kind of solution out there in the market?

  it is more prone to appear on the nose bridge lah. so no need to worry. u can get it changed!

  go to specs shop and change the nose rest. they will shun bian clean for u. some places also has a cleaning machine for that purpose.

  i think its some compoud due to the reaction of sweat n body oil with the spectacles metal

  When I kenna sore eye, I have white spots on the lenses. I thought it was a bacteria colony. I still think it was a bacteria colony.
