I'm using Maxonline 4000, via a wireless router. Never encountered such a problem until recently

the rapidshare also... so lousy duno why those angmohs like use. 20mb nia kns.
the ones i use at least 500mb or a gig -

How to download from sendspace
1] Go to http://www.guardster.com/
2] click on the Access the free Proxy
3] then put the link at the address box provided
4] uncheck all the box (especially the NO SCRIPTS box)
5] click on "I agree and wish to surf anonymously"
disadvantage
1] only one download per time
2] heard that starhub user can't download from sendspace
