Thanks for sharing. When problem arise, people just try to cover and ignore, even when one person try to warn the others about the consiquences. When the problem grew too big to be covered, they start to blame the one who warned them one. Sad part of human nature, but great lesson to be learnt

The tendency to shoot the messenger in human society is tragic, but common. Whistle-blowers of any sort face an uphill battle not only with the establishment, but also their own peers.
Most of them have a unhappy end - that is the reality.
