  all my overseas sites are veri veri slow at this moment. then my msn sometimes ok sometimes no connection

  i using pacnet also facing this problem.
  
  I cant login gmail, msn messenger, blogger or even go youtube to watch videos at all.
  
  some websites like mess.be or zaobao can still be accessed.
  
  oh yah, i can enter irc.
  
  someone told me is due to the earthquake undersea in Taiwan causing the underwater connection lines to be disrupted.
