How do you tell your love one that you are going to die ?

How do you tell your dear family and friends and lovers especially that you are going to die when you have contracted a terminal illness? Is lying to them that you are going to migrate to another country possible so that they will never find out ? Or should i just ditch my lover and go overseas before i pass away so he will just hate me and never get sad?Or should i bravely tell them?

I will tell them honestly that I a going to die. I hate it when they come up with all sorts of lame things they come up with on tv and make their friends and relatives regret their entire life when they find out that the person actually died instead of migrating or something.

When I am dying or when I plan to die, I will travel to a Scandinavian country to die there without telling anybody or leaving any notes. Then again this is because there is no love in my life. TS' situation is different. You should tell your loved ones.
